These are Terminal Incandescent Lamps, 3mm bulb Diameter with 20,000 life hours 14 volts @ 80 ma and 1″ leads  and they Solder to p.c.b . You can find them in many Delco radios. The replacement bulbs no longer have the plastic base due to a burnt smell once they get hot. You can now customize the look of your radio by selecting different colors Red, Blue, Green or Clear.
